This official U.S. mint collectible set was issued in 1993. It features a 90% silver half dollar in uncirculated condition, which commemorates James Madison signing the bill of rights. The coin is encapsulated in a plastic hodlder which is mounted inside a folder that contains a history of the Bill of Rights, an explanation of Madison's authoriship of them, and also has a Bill of Rights U.S. Commemorative postal stamp.
