We have just received our first shipment of this new 2nd generation M&P (Military & Police) M.A.G.I.C. spring assisted opener from Smith & Wesson! Just flick the lever on the back of the handle for lightning fast spring assisted blade deployment. Unlike illegal automatic knives, this knife is legal to own in all 50 U.S. states.

This knife is larger than the original M&P's, and features several improvements to the design-key among these are a body made of lightweight alumimum, a new pistol style safety switch on the front of the handle and new heavy duty blade actuator lever on back of the handle, as well as a newly designed rubber overlay with S&W embossed crest which overlays the back part of the handle.

This heavy duty knife measures a full 4.7" closed and weighs in at a hefty 7.4 oz. The blade is 4034 stainless, and is available in either plain or partially serrated edge. Also features a glass breaker and heavy duty metal pocket clip.
