Shipping Information:

Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hrs. of receipt, although it may take up to 4 business days to ship some orders, depending on factors such as how busy the warehouse is at any given time, etc. As we ship large quantities of merchandise daily, occasionally an item you order may have run out. As our stock is replenished daily, any item that is not on hand usually will be back in stock within 1-4 days. In this situation you may experience a brief delay in shipping your order, but all orders generally ship within 4 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded). In the event that we cannot fulfill your order within that time, we will notify you.

Every order is equally important to us, and we ship every order out just as quickly as we can. However, if you must have your merchandise by a certain date, we suggest you place the order early enough to avoid disappointment if your merchandise does not arrive on time. We do not accept returns of shipments because they did not arrive by a certain date.

All shipping costs are calculated in real time in the shopping cart at time of checkout. You will always know your shipping costs when you place your order. We ship by both UPS and U.S. Postal Service. In the checkout, you will have the opportunity to try out the various shipping options available to determine the most economical choice prior to finalizing your order.

Back Orders / Out of Stock:

If your item contains multiple items, and 1 or 2 are not on hand, we will usually ship your order, and then ship the other items within 2-4 days when they are available again. In this case, you will not be charged any extra shipping charges for the 2nd shipment. Back ordered items in the 2nd shipment will be shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service depending on size and destination, determined by our shipping department, which may be different from the original order.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:

Orders of $500 or more will receive 50% off on UPS Ground Shipping.

Orders of $1,000 or more will receive FREE UPS Ground shipping.

These discounts are valid only on orders being shipped to addresses in the 48 continental states, and are not valid on orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada. These discounts will automatically appear in your shopping cart once the appropriate order level has been reached.



DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: Over 99% of our shipments arrive to the customer safe and sound. However occasionally items in a shipment are damaged in transit. All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipping, and professionally packed using high strength corrugated boxes and appropriate fill materials. If you should receive damaged items, YOU MUST RETAIN ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKING MATERIALS AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. This is necessary because when we file a damage claim with the shipper, sometimes they want to collect the merchandise and packaging for inspection. As soon as we are notified by the shipper whether or not they wish to inspect the package we will let you know. If so, they will make arrangements with you directly to pick up the package(s). As soon as the claim is accepted by the shipper (in most cases this is within 24-48 hours), we will ship out your replacement items.

SHIPMENT DISCREPANCIES:Our shipping department takes great pride in ensuring that your order is shipped accurately. Each order is checked for accuracy 3 different times before shipping, and a photographic record is made of the contents of each order. In the unlikely event that there are any discrepancies in your order, (ie. items missing or wrong item shipped) please notify us by email or telephone within 2 business days of receipt of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any claims for order discrepancies if not reported to us in a timely manner (within 2 business days of receipt of order).

CANADA SHIPMENTS: Canadian customers-please read this section before placing your order.

**SHIPPING METHOD**: We now ship to Canada via both UPS and the postal service. Extra charges may apply if your items are large in size (swords, etc). Insurance is included in the shipping amount. IMPORTANT: WHEN SHIPPING VIA THE POSTAL SERVICE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO SHIP YOUR ORDER FOR LESS THAN THE PRICE YOU RECEIVE AT CHECK OUT, IF YOUR ORDER WILL FIT INTO A FLAT RATE BOX. FOR EXAMPLE, 1-4 SMALL POCKET KNIVES WILL SHIP IN A SMALL FLAT RATE BOX FOR ONLY $13.95. WE HAVE ACCESS TO OTHER LARGER FLAT RATE BOXES AS WELL. IF WE ARE ABLE TO SHIP FOR LESS WE WILL ADJUST THE SHIPPING COSTS DOWNWARD BEFORE YOUR CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED.

**CUSTOMS & BROKERAGE FEES, ETC** Some of the items we sell may not be allowed into Canada. If you order goods to be shipped to an address in Canada, in effect you have become an importer. It is the responsibility of all importers to know whether or not the merchandise they order is allowed to be imported by their country's customs regulations. If you are in doubt about the legality of the items you want to order, we suggest you contact Canada customs and make the appropriate inquiries before placing your order. We are not responsible for any items that do not clear or are seized by Canadian customs, and no refunds or allowances will be made. Of course, any import duties, etc. levied by Canada are payable by you at time of delivery and are your responsibility as well. Also, there is a U.P.S. brokerage fee which is collected by U.P.S. at time of delivery. This fee is for U.P.S. acting as the customs broker for your shipment. The minimum brokerage fee is $10.00, however it could be more depending on the value of the shipment. This applies to U.P.S. shipments only, there is no brokerage fee levied on postal shipments. Please contact us by telephone or email should you have any questions regarding this.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Outside U.S.A. & Canada): Customers in the U.S.A., its possessions and territiores, and Canada may order from the website and check out in the usual way. Customers in other countries must use this procedure:

PAYMENT METHODS:We accept Paypal and T/T wire transfers for international orders.

CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR ORDERS BEING SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE U.S.A. & CANADA.

-Email a list of the items and quantities you want to order, along with your shipping address and indicate whether you prefer to pay by Paypal or by wire transfer. If paying by Paypal, please include your Paypal address. We will then prepare your order. When your order is ready to ship, we will send you an invoice for Payment through Paypal, or if paying by wire transfer a pro forma invoice will be sent with wire transfer instructions. When the payment is received, your order will be shipped. If you just want a shipping estimate, please email list of items as above, and indicate that you only want a shipping estimate.

-Shipment of international orders is by Global Priority Mail. Express mail is also available at a higher shipping price, if you specifiy it. We can also ship to most international destinations via UPS.

-All customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Also, customs regulations vary by country. Please make sure that the items you are ordering are legal to own in your country. We are not responsible for, and no refunds will be given, for items that do not clear your country's customs.

DROP SHIPPING

Drop shipping is available, whereby we will ship to your customers, using your information as the return address, so it will look to your customer as though the order is coming directly from you. No invoices or other identifying information will be included with these shipments.

The procedure for placing a drop ship order is very simple:

IF THE DROP SHIP ORDER IS AT OR ABOVE THE MINIMUM ORDER (currently $19.95):

-Order can be placed online, using the following procedure. There is no drop ship fee for drop shipments above the minimum order amount. No drop shipper account set up is needed for these orders.

-Place the order using your customer's information in the "Ship To" section at checkout, and your information in the "Bill To" section.

-In the comments box, just put "Drop Ship Order". We'll take care of the rest!

IF THE DROP SHIP ORDER IS BELOW THE MINIMUM ORDER (currently $19.95):

-Before placing under the minimum order drop shipments, you must have a drop shipper account set up with us. To set up a drop shipper account, please contact our customer service department by telephone or email. Once your account is set up, your return address information will be kept on file, so it is necessary only to use your name or account number when placing a drop shipment order by email. Also, we can keep your credit number on file (optional) if you so wish.

-At the time your drop shipper account is set up, you will be given the procedure for placing drop ship orders which are below the minimum order requirement.

IMPORTANT- PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING

A $2.00 drop shipment fee will be added to all drop shipment orders that are less than our minimum order (currently $19.95). Drop shippers who have been ordering from us prior to August 12, 2013 are exempt from this fee.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: We cannot offer both a return policy and sell at the low, low prices we offer. Since most shoppers are looking for the best price, ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AT THE TIME OF SHIPMENT. In the event of receipt of damaged or defective items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email to sales@wildbillwholesale.com

For information on items damaged in transit, please see "Shipping Information" section for procedure to follow.

In the case of defective items or wrong items shipped, etc., any merchandise returned to us must be accompanied by a return authorization number. This number will be furnished to you at the time the return is authorized, and must be on the address label or prominently marked on the box. ANY MERCHANDISE RETURNED TO US WITHOUT A RA# WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE SHIPPER AT THEIR EXPENSE. Please note that defective items returned to us will be exchanged for another of the exact same item. We are unable to exchange defective items for different items, unless the item returned is no longer available.

SALES TAX: The following applies only to orders being shipped to and address in GA. Orders to all other states WILL NOT have sales tax added to them. If you are shipping to an address in Georgia (where we are headquartered), we are required to collect 7% Georgia sales tax. If you are purchasing for resale, and you have a valid sales tax # / resale permit, then you do not have to pay the sales tax, provided you furnish us a copy of your sales tax registration. If this is the case, please contact us to make arrangements to have the sales tax removed from your order.

-WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? For order status inquiries, please email us at sales@wildbillwholesale.com and you will receive a prompt reply. Be sure to put your order number in your inquiry so that we can locate it in our system, and put "order status" in your email title.

-DO YOU OFFER CATALOGS? We get a lot of requests for printed catalogs, but due to rapidly changing inventory we do not offer a printed catalog, as they would be obsolete before we got them back from the printer. All orders are taken from the web site only.

--IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER? The minimum order from the site is only $19.95!!

-DO YOU SHIP COD? All orders are shipped prepaid only. We will offer you COD terms once you become an established customer. Please contact us for more information.

-CAN I ORDER BY TELEPHONE? Of course! Our telephone lines (1-888-922-5233) are open from 8:30AM until 5PM Eastern time, Monday-Friday. One of our friendly customer service representatives will be happy to assist you with your telephone order during those hours. For faster and more efficient service please have a list of the item numbers and quantity of the items you would like to order available when you call in your order.

-CAN I PAY BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER? If you would like to pay by money order, please do the following:

-Put all the items you would like in the shopping cart.

-Go to checkout, enter your name and address information, and pick your shipping method. This will give you the total due.

-Print out the shopping cart page, and send along with your money order to our mailing address (at the top of this page).

-PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. PERSONAL CHECKS SENT IN WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER UNCASHED.

-Money orders are accepted for orders shipping to the USA only. We DO NOT accept money orders from Canada, even if they are drawn in U.S. funds.

-Mail orders paid by money order may experience a processing delay of a few days while the money order is verified and processed through the banking system.

-We strongly suggest you do NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL! We are not responsible for the loss of any cash sent through the mail.

WHY DON'T YOU ACCEPT PAYPAL?Although Paypal offers an excellent service for the online shopper, they have strict policies against the use of their service to sell some items that we carry. So rather than have Paypal dictate to us what we can and cannot sell, we have elected to forgo the use of their service, as have many other merchants who sell similar products.

-WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO ORDER? Due to state laws, we do not sell to anyone under 18 years of age. New customers will have their first order shipped "ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED" in order to insure that products are not shipped to minors.

-IS THE ITEM I WANT TO ORDER LEGAL IN MY STATE OR CITY? While every item we sell is legal to own in our home state, some of the items that we sell are illegal to possess in certain states, so we will not ship any item to an area where we know it to be prohibited. We try to list the ownership restrictions if any, in the descriptions of each items. If you order a prohibited item, we will contact you by email to let you know and see what you want to do about the balance of your order. However, laws change frequently and there are literally hundreds of state and local jurisdictions throughout the U.S. all with varying laws. So ultimately, it is your responsibility, not ours, to determine if the items you want to order are legal to own in your location. If you are in doubt, check your local laws before ordering.

-CAN ORDERS BE PICKED UP INSTEAD OF SHIPPED? Orders may be picked up at our distribution facility in the metro Atlanta, GA area. Please note that the same order processing times of 24-48 hours apply to pickup orders. If you would like to pick up your order, please contact us by telephone during business hours to make arrangements.
